It is understood that He Zhaohong's ancestral home in Dongguan, born in Panyu, in his early years, he studied under Ji Meiwen, Kong Xianming and other famous artists, mainly focusing on landscapes, and involving figures, flowers, birds and animals, and his works are mostly based on life. After moving to United States, Ho Zhaohong combined the characteristics of the Lingnan School of painting "eclectic Chinese and foreign, integrating ancient and modern", and introduced the composition, light and shade and light perception techniques of Western painting into his works.

"Although I have lived in the United States for more than 20 years, I have always missed my hometown very much. I hope to continue to play a good role in the bond of Chinese calligraphy and painting art and better spread the excellent traditional Chinese culture. According to Ho Siu-hung, Panyu is the first stop of the touring exhibition, and it will also be toured to Nansha, Dongguan and other cities in the Greater Bay Area, showing the latest development trend of the Lingnan School of painting overseas to the public and promoting artistic exchanges between China and the United States.
He Zhifeng, chairman of the Guangzhou Civic Literary and Art Association and vice chairman of the Panyu District Federation of Literary and Art Circles, said that He Zhaohong has always actively carried forward the deep feelings and fine traditions of overseas Chinese who love the country and their hometown and benefit Sangzi, and care about and support the development of the art industry in his hometown.
