According to the central bank's website, the People's Bank of China is scheduled to issue commemorative coins for the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park from July 31, 2024. There are 3 commemorative coins in the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park, including 1 gold commemorative coin, 1 silver commemorative coin, and 1 two-color copper alloy commemorative coin. The above commemorative coins are legal tender of the People's Republic of China.
1. Gold and silver commemorative coins
(1) Commemorative coin design.
1. Front pattern.
The obverse design of the gold and silver commemorative coins of the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park is the national emblem of the People's Republic of China, and the name and year of the country are published.
2. Back pattern.
The reverse of the 3-gram round gold commemorative coin depicts the natural landscape of the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park, with the words "Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park" and the denomination.
The reverse of the 30-gram round silver commemorative coin is decorated with a combination of Siberian tigers, Amur leopards, red pine, white birch and other elements, and the words "Siberian Tiger and Leopard National Park" and the denomination are published.
(2) Specifications and issuance of commemorative coins.
The 3-gram round gold commemorative coin is a proof coin, containing 3 grams of pure gold, with a diameter of 18 mm, a denomination of 50 yuan, a fineness of 99.9%, and a maximum circulation of 10,000 pieces.
The 30-gram round silver commemorative coin is a proof coin, containing 30 grams of sterling silver, with a diameter of 40 mm, a denomination of 10 yuan, a fineness of 99.9%, and a maximum circulation of 60,000 pieces.
(3) Casting units and sales channels.
This set of commemorative coins was minted by Shenzhen National Treasure Mint Co., Ltd. and distributed by China Gold Coin Group Co., Ltd.

2. Two-color copper alloy commemorative coins
(1) Commemorative coin design.

The obverse of the two-color copper alloy commemorative coin of the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park is the national emblem of the People's Republic of China, with the name of "People's Republic of China" on the top and the year number "2024" on the bottom.
2. Back pattern.
The main scene on the reverse of the two-color copper alloy commemorative coin of the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park is the Siberian tiger, the Siberian leopard, the red pine, etc., supplemented by Lao Yeling, Hunchun River, sika deer, etc., and the words "Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park" and the denomination "10 yuan" are published.
(2) The denomination, specification, material and quantity of commemorative coins.
The two-color copper alloy commemorative coin of the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park has a denomination of 10 yuan, a diameter of 27 mm, and is made of two-color copper alloy, with a number of 60 million pieces. Allocated quantities to all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
(3) Issuance method.
The two-color copper alloy commemorative coins of the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park are issued by pre-exchange. See Annex 1 for the specific distribution work arrangement.
