2. Participants
You must be at least 60 years old to participate.
3. Solicitation theme
Focusing on the theme of "cyber security for the people, cyber security by the people", it is close to the lives of the elderly, including but not limited to popularizing cyber security laws and regulations, cyber security knowledge, protecting the security of personal information, not infringing on the privacy of others, not disseminating false and harmful information, and sharing experience in online "avoiding pits" and preventing fraud.
Fourth, the solicitation requirements
1. The micro-video must be original by the person, and the shooting tool is not limited. The form is not limited, it can be oral propaganda (encouraging oral broadcasting in Shanghainese), or documentary shooting, scene interpretation, creative editing, etc. The content is positive and healthy, complies with national laws, regulations and policies, and vulgar, violent and other negative content is strictly prohibited.
2. The duration of the micro video is no more than 3 minutes, the file format is MP4, the picture is clear, the sound is clear, and subtitles are recommended.
3. Please submit the micro-video work before August 23. Online submission method: Upload the entries to Baidu Netdisk, and fill in the work information form (see attachment) and feedback to the mailbox of the Cyberspace Administration of the District Committee: [email protected]. Offline submission method: Burn the CD together with the work information form (see attachment) and submit the entries to the Cyberspace Administration of the District Committee (Room 832, No. 599, Changning Road, Changning District). Choose one of the two submission methods.

5. Selection Rules
For all the collected works, the organizer will invite experts and authoritative figures to form a jury to conduct professional selection based on the principle of fairness and fairness. All contributors will receive a commemorative certificate, and the winning authors will receive honorary certificates, souvenirs and other awards, and the outstanding works will be displayed during the 2024 National Cyber Security Publicity Week.
6. Precautions
1. The organizer shall not be liable for any legal liability arising from disputes over portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights, etc. In the event of any of the above disputes, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner and recover the prize awarded.
2. The intellectual property rights (copyright and moral rights) of the works in this event belong to the original author, and the author agrees after the submission of the work: the organizer, the organizer or a third party recognized by the organizer has the right to use the collected works for free for publicity, promotion, exhibition and display.
3. There is no charge for this event.
