On the basis of the original industrial "four reforms" special class, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology has set up a new working class to promote the implementation of equipment renewal and transformation in the industrial field from four aspects. In terms of the transformation of advanced equipment, we will support industrial enterprises to expand production and increase energy and adjust products, and extend production equipment to high-end; In terms of green and low-carbon transformation, we will promote the transformation of pollution reduction and carbon reduction processes, and do a good job in capacity reduction and replacement, new energy substitution and remanufacturing of waste equipment; In terms of digital transformation, we will promote the deepening of enterprise digital transformation to industrial digital transformation, and continue to increase efforts in the construction of emerging network infrastructure and the integration of industrial basic computing resources and application capabilities. After the city started the large-scale equipment renovation work, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology set up a special research group, strengthened cooperation with industry associations, and widely collected information on the demand and supply of enterprise equipment renewal and technological transformation through the issuance of questionnaires, field visits, online exchanges and other methods. It has successively organized 15 key enterprises on the demand side and supply side of equipment such as Anshan Iron and Steel and Rongxin Huike, and went to Fu'an Co., Ltd., Liaoning Hengye and magnesite key enterprises to investigate, carry out 4 rounds of equipment renewal in the industrial field, and establish a supply project library and demand project library for equipment renewal and technological transformation. In order to accelerate the implementation of equipment renewal and transformation in the industrial field, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology has achieved leadership to the front line, measures to projects, responsibilities to individuals, supervision to nodes, and evaluation to units, and implemented "one-to-one" service guarantee for key projects, and promoted the implementation of transformation in a list-based, engineering-based and map-based manner.
