
Xavier Dolan (born March 20, 1989 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian actor, director, screenwriter and producer.
In 2009, he won three awards at the 62nd Cannes Film Festival for his directorial debut, I KillEd My Mother. Film works include "Fantasy Love", "Two-Faced Lawrence", "Tom on the Farm" and so on.
In May 2016, he won the Grand Jury Prize at the 69th Cannes International Film Festival for his film Just the End of the World. In February 2017, he won the Best Director and Best Editing Awards at the 42nd César Awards for French Cinema for "Just the End of the World". Known as the "darling of Cannes".
At the age of 8, he wrote to Leonardo DiCaprio, the "little plum", saying that he had seen "Titanic" five times when it was released, and invited him to come to Montreal to shoot a scene, and also offered himself to play a little boy in his film. However, it is reported that Xiao Lizi did not reply to the letter.
