According to reports, Huawei's ADS 3.0 adopts a new end-to-end architecture of GOD (General Obstacle Recognition) and PDP (Predictive Decision Control), which can realize the NCA function of intelligent driving from parking space to parking space, and at the same time upgrade the CAS 3.0 omnidirectional collision system, which can cover emergency braking and lateral obstacle avoidance in more speed ranges.
The CAS 3.0 Omnidirectional Collision Avoidance System has been further upgraded with forward active safety capabilities as well as lateral active safety. For example, in the case of insufficient AEB (automatic emergency braking) braking distance, the system can automatically emergency steering to avoid obstacles, without the need for people to hit the steering wheel first. Lateral active safety also supports more scenarios, such as diagonal and traversing vehicles, bicycles, and electric vehicles.
Huawei's ADS 3.0 drive-to-space navigation NCA function enables full-scene connectivity from open roads to campus roads, and from the ground to underground parking spaces in the park. The further optimization of intelligent parking supports leaving the car, and after arriving at the destination and selecting the target parking space, the person gets out of the car and leaves, and the vehicle parks autonomously, without waiting in place. Parking has been commercialized in all scenarios, and the Pioneer Program for Parking has been launched, which will support 100 commercial parking lots and 2,000 community and office parking lots by the end of 2024.

The M7 Max is equipped with 12 external cameras, 12 ultrasonic radars, 3 millimeter-wave radars, and 1 128-line lidar.
