Before the exercise, the commander of the drill clarified the division of labor and the evacuation plan, and asked the drill personnel to carry out orders and prohibitions and resolutely obey the orders of their superiors. With the sound of the gong, the drill officially began, according to the simulation background, the Anning District sudden heavy rainfall, the street emergency rescue center received a flood report that there were residents trapped in the jurisdiction, the street immediately set up a rescue team, order maintenance team and received equipment and rushed to the scene. The order maintenance team was on alert immediately, and the emergency rescue team searched for the trapped people and evacuated safely according to the scheduled evacuation route. Subsequently, the rescue team safely evacuated the personnel to the centralized resettlement site, and the medical rescue team immediately carried out medical rescue. In the whole process, the drill personnel were full of energy, the operation was accurate and rapid, the execution of orders was decisive and resolute, and the coordination and cooperation of all links were in place, and the drill activities were a complete success.
This drill further consolidated the emergency rescue capabilities at the street and community levels, and laid the foundation for effective handling of emergency rescue in the flood season.
