The construction of an inclusive childcare service system has been comprehensively promoted, and 42 of the 64 kindergartens in the district have opened nursery classes, with a childcare integration rate of 65.6%. The establishment of the Xinbei District Childcare Service Association, the built-up district childcare comprehensive service center, the creation of 10 provincial inclusive childcare institutions, 2 provincial demonstration childcare institutions, and 2 provincial community childcare demonstration sites, to achieve "one town, one street, one inclusive coverage" full coverage, to meet the needs of "nearby childcare". Carry out scientific parenting public welfare activities on a regular basis, and continuously improve the level of family parenting.
The construction of 10 child-friendly communities in the region is progressing well, expanding the space for children's growth, implementing children's participation and promotion, and jointly creating a good environment for children to live, study, play and travel.

At present, the construction of Menghe Daiying Kindergarten, the West Plot Kindergarten of Qianqiao Community, and Benniu Junior High School have been continued and completed, with 2,340 new places. Anjia Kindergarten and Taishan Experimental School are steadily advancing the construction according to the schedule, and it is expected that 2,640 new places will be added after the completion of construction.
As of the end of July, 9 junior high schools and 21 primary schools (including campuses) have completed the upgrading of special classrooms for music, art, science, labor, physical education and other subjects, and completed the district-level acceptance of 6 schools.
"Always be healthy"
Promote the upgrading of village clinics (community health service stations), and gradually promote the overall optimization and improvement of primary medical service facilities in our district. Comprehensively improve the service capacity of the grassroots level, accelerate the construction of the grassroots chronic disease screening and prevention center of Chunjiang People's Hospital, establish a long-term development mechanism, carry out the integration of medical treatment and prevention, and increase the publicity of science popularization, so as to better meet the people's needs for all-round and full-cycle health services.
