After the child lets down his guard, he disassembles the calling card in the child's phone watch, and after getting the mobile phone card, the fraud gang will build a simple GOIP device (a virtual dialing device that can convert the traditional phone signal into a network signal) to provide a call channel for the fraud gang to make fraudulent calls.
Police remind

Parents should strengthen their children's anti-fraud education, telling their children: don't trust strangers easily, don't add strangers as friends, don't make video calls with strange netizens, don't lend your phone and watch to others to use, and communicate with parents in a timely manner when receiving stranger information on online platforms.
2. Parents should find "Set SIM card lock" in the mobile phone security settings, and set the PIN code, in case of phone card loss or theft, you can stop the loss in time, if the child phone card is stolen in time, parents should immediately lock or cancel the mobile phone number.
