In 1955, Cheng Kui'an was born in Hong Kong, his family was poor, and he dropped out of school before graduating from primary school. But during a street fight, he was arrested by the police. Because Cheng Kui'an was very righteous, he resisted all the charges, and as a result, he betrayed and was imprisoned for four years. He later performed well in prison and was released early after only two and a half years in prison.
