In the last round of the Chinese Super League Chengdu Rongcheng and Wuhan Three Towns match, Rongcheng international Wei Shihao was shown a red card for kicking down his former teammate Deng Hanwen from behind after the attack was broken, and he was also banned by the Football Association for 4 games. Wei Shihao, who did not accept the punishment, immediately posted a moving picture of Taishan's foreign aid Cressan and kicking people in the back against Shenhua to express his dissatisfaction. Wei Shihao believes that for similar fouls, he was banned for 4 games, but Cressan did not chase the penalty, and the Football Association's punishment has a "double standard" behavior.
The evaluation team of the referee committee of the Football Association believes that Cressan's action belongs to the use of excessive force and brutal ways to scramble and kick down the opposing team in the case of the possibility of touching the ball, and according to the rules of the competition, it should be characterized as a serious foul, and directly show a red card to play, and the referee showed a yellow card on the spot, and missed a direct red card.
As for Wei Shihao's actions, when the ball has left the scope of contention, and there is no possibility of touching the ball, he deliberately kicks the opposing player, and according to the rules of the game, it should be characterized as a violent act, and he will directly show a red card to play the game.
The evaluation team bluntly said that these two similar fouls should be directly presented with a red card and a penalty to play, but due to different specific circumstances, the qualitative clause on the penalty for playing in the competition rules is different.
The Disciplinary Committee of the Chinese Football Association also gave the following explanations for the follow-up disciplinary punishment of the above two precedents: After the occurrence of Cressan's foul incident, after research and judgment, the disciplinary punishment procedure was initiated without submitting a violation of rules and discipline report.
After Wei Shihao's foul incident, the disciplinary punishment procedure for the violent act was initiated in accordance with the relevant regulations, and finally the Disciplinary Committee of the Chinese Football Association made a disciplinary decision to suspend Chengdu Rongcheng No. 7 player for 4 games and a fine of 40,000 yuan for the violation of rules and disciplines in accordance with Articles 53 and 48 of the Disciplinary Guidelines of the Chinese Football Association.
