Jiangyin Chengfa Hotel Management Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned holding company of Jiangyin Urban Development Group, established on April 30, 2024, located at No. 8, Chengjiang Middle Road, Jiangyin City, is an enterprise mainly engaged in business services. Second, the basic conditions
(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, have good political character, good conduct, good health, no criminal records, and have the necessary physical and psychological conditions to perform their duties normally.

(4) Those who have any of the following circumstances shall not apply for employment:

3. Recruitment process
Qualification review → application→ first round of interview→ qualification review→ second round of interview→ physical examination→ background investigation → notice of proposed admission→ background investigation. The details are as follows:

4. Applicants log in to the registration website to fill in the registration information and upload relevant materials as required:
(1) Electronic version of a recent bareheaded photo;

5. Precautions for registration:

(3) The first round of interviews
1. Interview method: semi-structured interview
2. Interview time: August 2, 2024.

4. The ratio of each position is 1:3. If the number of applicants does not reach the opening ratio, the position will be reduced or cancelled.
5. Candidates must bring their ID cards and admission tickets to take the test at the time and place specified in the examination, otherwise they will be automatically abandoned.
6. The interview score adopts a 100-point system, and the interview passing score line is set at 60 points, and those who fail to pass the interview are directly eliminated. According to the first round of interview results from high to low scores (the same score is followed), the list of people who enter the second round of interviews is determined according to the ratio of 1:3, and if the ratio is less than 1:3, the number of people who pass the first round of interviews for the position is determined by the actual number of people who pass the first round of interviews. The list of shortlisted candidates for the second round of interviews will be publicized on the recruitment registration service platform entrusted by Jiangyin Talent Group and the Jiangyin Human Resources Public Service Network, and the applicants are requested to check it in time.
(4) Qualification review
1. On the day of participating in the second round of interviews, applicants should bring the original and photocopies of ID cards, academic certificates, work experience certification materials and other materials to participate in the qualification review.
2. Returnees must present the academic certification materials of the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education, and the relevant requirements and procedures for certification can be found on the website of the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education (http://www.cscse.edu.cn).
3. Time and place of qualification review: the same time and place as the second round of interviews.
(5) The second round of interviews
1. Interview method:

(2) Other positions: unstructured interview
2. Interview time: August 5, 2024 (subject to change until further notice).
3. Interview location: will be notified separately, subject to the actual notice.
4. The interview score adopts a 100-point system, and the interview passing score line is set at 60 points, and those who fail to pass the interview are directly eliminated. According to the second round of interview results from high to low, according to the number of job requirements 1:1 ratio to determine the list of physical examination personnel, when the results appear the same, the first round of interview score is preferred.
(6) Physical examination and inspection
The specific time and place of the physical examination will be notified separately. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the candidate. Those who intentionally conceal diseases or medical history that affect employment during the course of physical examination shall be disposed of as not being hired after verification. If there is collusion with the physical examination staff to cheat or ask others to replace the physical examination and exchange or replace the test samples during the physical examination, the results of the physical examination will be invalid and the qualification for this application will be cancelled. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial).
Jiangyin Chengfa Hotel Management Co., Ltd. will inspect the candidates who have passed the physical examination, focusing on the political and ideological performance, law-abiding, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the candidates. According to the results of the inspection and physical examination, determine the list of personnel to be hired.
(7) Publicity and employment
After passing the examination, physical examination and inspection, the list of personnel to be hired will be publicized on the recruitment registration service platform entrusted by Jiangyin Talent Group and the Jiangyin Human Resources Public Service Online for 3 working days. Publicize those who have no objections, and go through the recruitment procedures with the relevant departments of Jiangyin Chengfa Hotel Management Co., Ltd. within the agreed time. If the person to be hired has signed a labor contract or employment agreement with the original unit, he or she shall be responsible for handling it in accordance with the relevant regulations.
