1. Vegetable baked eggs
Ingredients: Onion, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, eggs, salt, black pepper.
Method:
- Chop the onions, tomatoes, spinach and mushrooms, put them in a non-stick saucepan and cook with a little water until soft.
- Beat in the eggs and season with salt and black pepper.
- Cover the pan and fry over medium-low heat until the eggs are set.
2. Chicken breast salad
Ingredients: Chicken breast, lettuce mix, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice.
Method:
- Slice the chicken breast after it is cooked.
- Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers wash and slice.
- Mix all ingredients and add olive oil and lemon juice to taste.
3. Grilled fish with lemon
Ingredients: sea bass, lemon slices, salt, black pepper, olive oil.
Method:
- Clean the sea bass and make a few cuts on the surface.
- Top with lemon slices, sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil, preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Cauliflower fried rice
Ingredients: cauliflower, egg, carrots, peas, soy sauce.
Method:
- The cauliflower is crushed into rice form with a food processor.
- Carrots and peas cut into small pieces and scrambled with eggs.
- Add cauliflower rice, season with soy sauce and stir-fry well.
5. Vegetable broth
Ingredients: broccoli, carrots, potatoes, onions, chicken broth.
Method:
- Wash all vegetables and cut into cubes.
- Once the onion is sautéed, add other vegetables and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil and reduce the heat until the vegetables are tender and cooked.
6. Roasted choy sum with tofu
Ingredients: Tofu, choy sum, garlic, light soy sauce, sesame oil.
Method:
- Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Wash and cut the choy sum, and slice the garlic.
- Stir-fry the garlic slices until fragrant, add choy sum and stir-fry, add light soy sauce to taste, and finally add tofu and sesame oil and mix well.
7. Mashed potatoes
Ingredients: potatoes, milk, salt, black pepper.
Method:
- Once the potatoes are cooked, peel them and puree them with a fork or mashed potatoes.
- Heat the milk and pour into the mashed potatoes and season with salt and black pepper.
8. Scrambled eggs with tomatoes
Ingredients: Tomatoes, eggs, salt, sugar.
Method:

9. Steamed pumpkin
Ingredients: pumpkin, salt.
Method:
- Peel and dice the pumpkin and place it in a steamer.

10. Zucchini pancakes
Ingredients: Zucchini, eggs, flour, salt.
Method:
- Wash the zucchini, grind it into a puree, and squeeze out the water.

- Grease the pan, spread the mixture flat and fry on both sides until golden brown.
