The reporter learned from the Beijing-Kunming High-speed Railway Xikun Co., Ltd. that at about 2 o'clock in the morning on July 23, with the completion of the pouring of the last concrete, the continuous beam of the Longtan River Bridge of the Ankang to Chongqing section of the Xi'an-Chongqing high-speed railway (hereinafter referred to as: the Kangyu section of the Xi-Chongqing high-speed railway) was successfully closed, which is the first continuous beam of the Kangyu section of the Xi-Chongqing high-speed railway, marking the bridge construction of the project into a new stage.
According to the data, the Longtan River Bridge is located in Guangxing Town, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, with a total length of 1253.35 meters, designed by the Second Institute of China Railway and constructed by the Fifth Bureau of China Railway. The whole bridge is composed of 35-hole simply supported beams and a continuous beam, according to the results of flood impact assessment, (32+48+32) meters of continuous beams are used to cross the Longtan River, and at the same time, a 32m simply supported beam is used to cross the diversion canal of Wangxi Power Station, with a maximum pier height of 44.5 meters.
In order to ensure the smooth closure of the continuous beam, the first ten bidding projects of the Xiyu High-speed Railway Station of China Railway Fifth Bureau have carried out the technical disclosure work, carefully studied and prepared the special construction plan, paid close attention to the key links of the construction, arranged special personnel to inspect and accept the formwork installation, steel bar binding, concrete pouring and other processes of the closure section, strengthened the on-site safety technical guarantee, and selected the time period of low temperature and small temperature difference in the early morning to carry out concrete pouring to ensure that the control indicators meet the requirements of the specification and ensure the quality of the bridge closure.
At the same time, the Li Lin Innovation Studio built by China Railway Fifth Bureau has organized teams for many times to continuously optimize the promotion and application of a number of processes, construction methods and tooling in the construction and production of continuous beams according to the actual situation on site.
The West-Chongqing high-speed railway is an important part of the Beijing-Kunming corridor from Beijing to Kunming and the Baotou and Yinchuan to Haikou corridors in the mainland's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network, and the road network is very important.
