Located in the core area of Future Science City, Changping District, Beijing, the project is a scientific and technological innovation and high-tech industrial project in Beijing and a key project in Beijing, with a total construction area of 127,000 square meters, 9 floors above ground and 3 floors underground.

The basic design concept of the Good Future Changping Education Park is taken from the scene depiction of the sages in "Zhuangzi" "preaching, receiving employment, and solving doubts".
The longitudinal glass curtain wall is like a bamboo slip slowly unfolding, placed in the transparent atrium of the building, the multi-level branch bionic "steel giant tree" is evenly surrounded, the root system is extended, and the lighting ceiling of nearly 2,900 square meters is held up, and the sunlight penetrates, and the texture of light and shadow creates a "luxuriant" visual experience in the comfortable space, as if the forest implanted in the building is striving to grow upward, and the building and the forest are accompanied by each other and full of vitality.
The realization of the beautiful design concept and the creation of an architectural masterpiece that can stand the test are the shoulders of the Beijing Construction Project Team. The bionic "steel giant tree" is undoubtedly the biggest styling highlight of the project, and it is also the "hardest bone" to gnaw in the structural construction of the Beijing Construction Engineering project team.
There are 5 "wide", "thick", "tall" and "heavy" giant trees, the largest of which is located outside the main entrance of the building, with a total weight of 550 tons and an inner wall thickness of 12 centimeters, and the outer ring needs three adults to hold hands to encircle, and extends up to the position of the fourth floor of the building, supporting the weight of nearly 4,000 tons on the southwest side of the entire building.
To do this, the project team assembled and customized the tree into 11 segments, each of which is even wider than the length of an adult man's palm. Before construction, the project team used computing software to carry out strict data simulation analysis to ensure that the large truck crane at the construction site was lifted, translated, in place, welded, and operated efficiently and "silky in place".
In contrast, the "branches" of the four giant trees in the atrium are much more slender, but they are also not easy to install: the bottom is connected to the infrastructure, the middle part is "upright", and the upper part is "branched out", which is connected to the lighting roof to form a visual impact effect of 45 meters through.
To this end, the project team adopted 3-stage hoisting welding, and the tree part was routinely welded; The middle section uses self-supporting members, so that the forces of the inclined branches are transmitted to the trunk through the members. The canopy part adopts reverse construction, first erects 4 support systems in the atrium, installs the roof steel structure on it, and then connects the tree trunk and the steel structure roof with the trunk and the steel structure roof respectively through the crane through the roof steel structure, and then welds, so that the canopy is installed in place more accurately and conveniently, and the positioning problem of the top of the canopy is solved.
The interior and exterior of the Good Future Building use terracotta brick patches as a decorative layer, and the solemn and festive brick-red terracotta bricks are matched with the thick and simple arch shape, and the strong "college style" is blowing on the face. Each piece of terracotta bricks is 5 centimeters thick and 30 centimeters long, and in order to achieve the architectural expression, the project team needed to complete about 12,000 square meters of terracotta bricks, roughly equivalent to two standard football fields.
During the construction, in order to retain the texture of the clay, the project team adopted the clear water masonry process, canceled the plastering finish, and the masonry was the surface layer, which put forward higher requirements for the accuracy and beauty of the masonry process, and the masonry of a total of 800,000 clay bricks fully reflected the craftsman spirit of Beijing construction builders who strive for excellence.
In addition, as many as 170 arches of various sizes are another difficulty in terracotta brick masonry. According to the size of the arch, the project team innovatively adopted a custom arch steel skeleton to assist in on-site masonry construction, and also prefabricated and assembled some arches with large spans in the factory according to the design parameters, which not only ensured the construction progress, but also ensured the construction quality.
Open office area, meeting room, water bar, mother and baby room...... Walking into the office area of the park, employees are satisfied with the "shared", "efficient" and "healthy" office space created with high quality all the time with the diversified functional needs of work, socialization, entertainment and rest.
The large-area bare roof decoration, criss-crossed, neat and neat mechanical and electrical pipelines, with gray and white, create a complete, concise and fresh overall space style, which is also a great challenge to the installation process. In view of the complex situation encountered in the construction, the project team used software to carry out reasonable and effective calculation and verification of the selection and arrangement of the comprehensive support and hanger, so as to achieve the reliability and safety of the support and hanger, and take into account the reasonable and beautiful appearance.
At the same time, through the use of BIM technology to arrange and optimize in advance, during the deepening design and processing of the steel structure, the opening and the hole reinforcement measures for the pipeline are reserved in the steel beam, the positioning of the furniture is combined in the decoration construction, and the online route and trunking channel of the pipeline and socket of the ground are reserved in advance in the process of laying the raised floor on the ground, which effectively solves the problem of mechanical and electrical arrangement caused by insufficient clearance.
