In recent years, relying on the superior ecological environment resources and the unique geographical advantages of Malingshan, Quanyuan Town has vigorously developed ecological forest fruit planting. The town circulates the land of 5 villages along the mountain, totaling 3,000 acres, adopts the planting model of "cooperatives + bases + farmers", signs sales orders with canned food processing factories in other places, develops "order" yellow peach planting, and creates a yellow peach brand with local characteristics.
"This mountainous peach forest belongs to our Wengtun Village, with a total of more than 600 acres. This year is the 8th year of planting yellow peaches for Jinfeng Commune. Relying on this piece, the village collectives and land transfer households can earn more than 200,000 yuan. Weng Jifa, secretary of the Party branch of Wengtun Village, said, "The management of peach orchards is indispensable, especially during the picking season, when more than 30 people come to work in the village every day."
"My house is not far from the yellow peach base, so I usually come here to do odd jobs when I have nothing to do. In the past few days, I have been picking peaches and can earn more than 200 yuan a day, which is really good. Weng Li, a villager in Wengtun Village, said happily.
