The kneading here refers to two aspects:

The second refers to the stimulation of the nipple areola, you can use the fingertips to gently touch the nipple and areola, use the index finger and ring finger to clamp the nipple, and cooperate with the thumb to rub the nipple.

The purpose of this is to stimulate the milk array, and when the milk array comes, the milking efficiency is higher.

Note: We must be gentle with the massage stimulation of the nipple and areola, and do not stimulate the nipple if the nipple is cracked.

4. Press:

Compressions are critical.

As long as we have a good rhythm of force when pressing, the milk will come out smoothly. The hands are in a C-shape and are placed on either side of the nipple, with the nipples and fingers in a straight line. At the same time, turn your finger inward, press down, and retract it again. When expressing one breast, the other breast will leak milk.
