In the screenshot, the official website of the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture published the Document No. 2016 [472] of Lu Wen Municipal Review Letter "Reply on Agreeing to Taiwan Artists Performing in Jinan", which reads: After research, it is agreed that your unit will invite Taiwanese artists Lu Guangzhong, Ke Zunyu, Huang Yuting, Zhang Hanzhong and four others to hold a "live series of concerts Lu Guangzhong Public Welfare Special" performance activities at the Shandong Theater on January 6, 2017.
Lu Guangzhong is a controversial Taiwan independence element, and the screenshot of the letter was exposed to cause anger among netizens.
In March 2014, Lu Guangzhong participated in the "anti-service trade" and uploaded a photo of students sitting in a sit-in outside Taiwan's "Legislative Yuan": "Come on Taiwan! ”
In November 2015, "anti-Taiwan independence fighter" Huang An broke the news on Weibo that Lu Guangzhong was "Taiwan independence": I have no opinion on his works, and I have only one reason to report him: Taiwan independence! When Xiaoqing went to the official website of the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture to inquire about the relevant letter, he found that the letter was suspected of having been deleted.
As shown below, in the website approval project column, the approval items are arranged according to the sequence number, when Xiaoqing opened it one by one, he found that the No. 473 letter was closely under the 471 letter, and the No. 472 letter that agreed to lu Guangzhong and others' performance had disappeared.
In order to confirm the authenticity of the letter circulating on the Internet, Xiaoqing called the official website of the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture, but as of press time, no one answered.
Xiaoqing then contacted the concert organizer who transmitted the approval letter on the Internet, The Shandong Theater.
After answering the phone, before Xiaoqing revealed her identity as a reporter or asked for advice, a male staff member on the phone directly said: "Fake." There was also a woman's voice in the back: "Don't listen to the rumors on the Internet." ”
In the subsequent call, the staff first insisted that the screenshot of the official website of the network transmission was PS, and then admitted that there was indeed a performance company to apply for approval of Lu Guangzhong's performance activities, and the specific interview content was as follows:
■ Xiaoqing (ID: youthzqw): I would like to ask about the fact that your theater invited controversial Taiwanese artists to perform in Jinan, is this true?
Staff: Not really, it has been canceled, don't listen to the Internet, it has long been canceled, he has not applied for approval.

According to the information that Xiaoqing interviewed the staff of the Shandong Theater, in October this year, there were indeed performance companies that wanted to invite Lu Guangzhong to come to the mainland to do so-called public welfare performances, and repeatedly submitted them to the relevant departments in Shandong for approval. What is the purpose of such an acting company?
If the screenshots circulating on the Internet are true, then how can the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture, as a department-level unit, pass the letter and publish it on its official website?
Another question: Where has Letter No. 472 of the official website of the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture gone now?
The letter circulated online was posted on the official website of the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture on December 21, and as of the time of Xiaoqing's publication on the 24th, the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture and relevant government departments had not made any public response to the matter.
