AI: The most brain-burning episode
On what AI videos can be forced to abstract into
Recently, the use of AI-generated video tools to play abstraction has become popular all over the Internet, and its degree of abstraction has made netizens sigh that "AI is going to be played by humans".
"If you want me to say, the Italy noodles should be mixed with No. 42 concrete......" The meme is from the blogger Yanbian Assassin. Two bloggers, one "Wolong" and one "Phoenix Chick", tried to pass on hundreds of millions of "knowledge" to us, but almost burned the CPU of netizens.
Station B UP main "A Colorful White Cloud" based on this abstract audio with AI to demonstrate what is called "not the most abstract, only more abstract", in just two days, it received nearly 3 million plays, and the comment even said, "Since there is AI, I can feel the charm of Yunnan without leaving home."
The video perfectly shows the realistic picture and silky transition of AI-generated video, Italy mixed concrete with screws, trigonometric functions appear in the sea, Walmart shopping cart and ice and snow "complement each other", after watching this video, we can't help but sigh, it is not easy to do AI.
Italy noodles can be mixed with concrete, and teacher Chen Kun can also eat chili peppers with his bare hands.
Recently, the TV series "Tiansheng Long Song" starring Mr. Chen Kun has once again become popular all over the Internet because of the lines in the play. "I'm afraid of spicy" originated from the line "I'm afraid" when Chen Kun's character Ning Yi knelt down and begged the Heavenly Holy Emperor to let his mother reunite with him, and was quoted and imitated by a large number of netizens because of his strong emotional expression and exaggerated performance, and gradually became "I'm afraid of spicy".
It's not enough to have emojis and imitations, the UP master of station B "Why sigh in a moment" uses AI to extend the imagination picture, Mr. Chen Kun is afraid of spicy and has to eat spicy, from Chaotian pepper to hot pot and then eat some spicy strips, and finally in order to prevent fire, there is also a cucumber.
From Luma's Dream Machine to make static memes move, to AI video generation tools such as Kuaishou Keling and Jimeng AI to "concretize" abstract copywriting and Internet hot memes, AIGC content seems to be gradually "off track", but compared with the delicate and realistic effects pursued by AI in painting and video production in the early days, these abstract content now seem to be more acceptable to the public.
Perhaps, as netizens said, such videos make us realize that "AI still can't replace humans", and the "human flavor" they show just caters to our desire for a sense of existence.
The wind of skits has finally blown to the AI
Recently, AIGC short dramas have ushered in a wave of intensive launches, without the participation of real actors, all supported by AI technology, and the wind of short dramas has finally blown to AI.
On July 13, Kuaishou announced that it would launch China's first AIGC original fantasy micro-short drama "Mountains and Seas Mirror: Splitting Waves", which was supported by Keling large model in depth, and won nearly 2.5 million views in just two days after it was launched.
"The Mirror of Mountains and Seas: Chopping Waves and Waves" is based on "The Classic of Mountains and Seas", depicting a fantasy world of strange beasts and wild imagination in the mountains and seas. All the shots in the video are produced by Wensheng Diagram and Zai Tusheng Video, using a large number of AI-generated video tools. The video is very beautiful, but as a short drama, it still lacks the consistency of the upper and lower shots.
Not long ago, China's first AIGC-generated continuous narrative sci-fi short drama "Sanxingdui: Future Apocalypse" also appeared on Douyin on the 8th, with technical support provided by Jimeng AI, and the topic of the same name has received nearly 35 million views on Douyin. "Sanxingdui: Future Apocalypse" focuses on science and technology and imagines a sci-fi story behind Sanxingdui.
The platform "rolled" the short drama to the AIGC track, and many netizens aimed at this opportunity, such as Douyin blogger "Wukong AI" used Jimeng AI to create a short film "Awakening", which tells the story of the future catastrophe, after the catastrophe, human beings established the dome city "Pure Land" to take refuge, and launched the interstellar immigration plan, but there are hidden dangers under the seemingly peaceful life.
Since OpenAI announced Sora in February, AIGC has become more and more involved in the film and television industry, although there are still some limitations in narrative expression and post-production AI technology, but AIGC has played a significant role in reducing costs and improving efficiency.
As for whether AI short dramas can grow into a new track, it may depend on the audience's acceptance and market response.
The whole process of generating a picture and painting, now everyone has become an "original artist"?
Recently, ControlNet author Lvmin Zhang started another open-source project, PaintsUndo, targeting the field of painting, which received 1.4k stars just after it was launched on GitHub, and the demo video received nearly 500,000 views on X.
Users only need to upload a static image, and PaintsUndo can automatically generate a corresponding video of the whole painting process based on the provided image. In the demo video, PaintsUndo outlines the subject with simple lines, then refines the rest of the body and paints the colors.
Although most of the animation images in the demo video are images, PaintsUndo can be applied to a variety of different types of images, such as ink paintings, oil paintings, etc., and is not limited to one type of image.
PaintsUndo can also extract sketches based on user-provided images.
Although the main purpose of this project is to study and reproduce the painting behavior in digital paintings, which can allow AI to better learn the painting process, many netizens have expressed concern that it will become more and more difficult to identify AI paintings, which is a challenge for the original creator.
Previously, many artists were involved in AI controversy, relying on releasing videos of the whole process of painting to prove that they did not use AI, and the release of PaintsUndo may give "deep fake" another opportunity.

Which one is stronger in AI appearance? The first AI beauty pageant Miss AI champion was born
Recently, the results of the inaugural AI beauty pageant, Miss AI, were finally announced, and the winner along with a $5,000 prize went to Kenza Layli, an AI influencer from Morocco who has more than 200,000 followers on Instagram. France's Lalina and Portugal's Olivia finished second and third.
Organized by Fanvue, the competition attracted more than 1,500 AI characters and 10,000 AI team members from around the world, as well as media coverage by CNN, Business Insider and other well-known media.
The judging panel is composed of 2 real people and 2 AI judges, and it is worth mentioning that the AI judge Aitana Lopez is the leading "big Internet celebrity" in the AI industry, with a monthly income of about 100,000 yuan.
The contest sparked heated discussions among many AI researchers, with some researchers arguing that it exacerbated the objectification of women in the AI field and negatively impacted the women who received the information, while others said it was just a publicity stunt.
