In order to do a good job in the management of small watersheds, since 2018, Wuning County has invested 40.17 million yuan to start soil erosion control in small watersheds, adhere to the three lines of defense of "ecological restoration, ecological governance, and ecological protection", and implement five projects, including soil erosion control, natural ecological restoration, comprehensive river treatment, sewage treatment projects, and comprehensive improvement of the village environment. We have worked together to build 14 national key soil and water conservation projects, including Changshui, Xi'anli, Changle, Yangzhou and Luoxi, and have controlled soil erosion in an area of 106.42 square kilometers. Among them, the Changshui and Changle small watershed treatment projects are listed as national soil and water conservation demonstration projects.
