According to the manager of the investment promotion department of the CBD Central Plaza, the CBD commercial podium is expected to be completed by the end of this year or early next year, and the format positioning of the commercial center is currently being replanned.

In addition to the commercial podium and the "318 Building", the remaining three office buildings planned for the CBD Central Plaza have been completed. Among them, buildings A and B are twin towers, close to Zuoshan Road, and Building B is the headquarters base of central enterprises, and many enterprises have settled in. According to the on-site duty officer, Building A is undergoing internal renovation and has been rented as a whole. Building D is close to Jiefang East Road, and the ground floor is the street-facing shops, including tea shops and convenience stores, which are all in normal business. At present, the CBD commercial podium has restarted construction, will it be completed in the near future? How to plan a business center? The manager of the investment promotion department of the CBD central square told reporters that the steel structure building under construction belongs to the second phase of the CBD business, located between blocks A and B, and the commercial podium constitutes a commercial complex planned by the CBD, with an overall volume of about 2,000 square meters, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year or early next year.
"The format positioning of the entire commercial complex is still being re-planned." According to the manager of the above-mentioned investment promotion department, the complex will be named according to the commercial positioning, and the investment plan and opening time will be formulated. "At the moment, the complex does not yet have the conditions for delivery, and it is only possible to sign an agreement of intent with the customer."
