In the discussion, the participants closely focused on how to accurately grasp the responsibilities of party building and serve the work of the center; how to effectively improve the ability of the "head goose team" to grasp party building, seek development and benefit the people's livelihood; Targeted guidance and interactive exchanges were conducted on key topics such as how to promote rural revitalization and accelerate industrial development under the leadership of party building.
Through discussions and exchanges, everyone has a common understanding of grassroots party building in the new era.
First, we have clearly recognized the main responsibilities and main business of grassroots party building. Third, we have clarified the most important task in the building of grassroots organizations. Realizing the seriousness of the problems in grassroots party building and the importance of strengthening the construction of grassroots organizations, we have clarified the next step of the key tasks of party building, such as improving grassroots organizations, building strong teams of the two committees, cultivating strong reserve teams, and strictly managing party members, starting from standardizing and strengthening the "three meetings and one lesson" system, the system of democratic life meetings and organizational life meetings, the system of heart-to-heart talks, the system of requesting instructions and reporting, and the democratic evaluation of party members, and constantly improving the service mechanism of close contact between grassroots party organizations and party members and the masses. Effectively solve the practical and difficult matters that the masses are concerned about, continuously enhance the ability and level of the "head goose team" to think about development, seek development, lead and promote development, build a village-level party organization that makes the masses more satisfied, cultivate a vanguard team of party members who are close to the masses, and let the broad masses of the people feel the party's kindness, listen to the party, and follow the party from the bottom of their hearts.
