On the afternoon of July 11, Huang Xianzu, the winner of the "National May Day Labor Medal" and the secretary general of Shanghai Queqiao Friendship Club, opened a public welfare salon with the theme of "The 'Three Views' Realm of Model Workers" for the matchmaker team of Meiyuan Marriage and Love, some single young people and their parents. This is the second public welfare lecture for model workers under the guidance of Shanghai Matchmaking Management Association and hosted by Shanghai Queqiao Friendship Club after the establishment of the "Meiyuan Model Worker Lounge".

On March 20 this year, Huang Xianzu, the winner of the "National May Day Labor Medal" and the secretary general of Shanghai Queqiao Friendship Association, and Mr. Hongmei, the founder of Meiyuan Marriage, jointly unveiled the "Meiyuan Model Worker Lounge" and held a signing ceremony. This is the result of the cross-border cooperation between Shanghai Queqiao Friendship Club and "Huang Xianzu Model Worker Innovation Studio", which is of great significance to promote the comprehensive business skills of matchmaking workers, help the member units of Queqiao Friendship Club to carry out cross-regional and resource-sharing blind date activities, and then do a good job in marriage and love support services.
On June 3, the "Meiyuan Model Worker Lounge" held the first event, specially inviting Wu Eryu, a national model worker and former purser of Shanghai Airlines, to open a public welfare salon of "Smile Makes You Meet a Better Self", and the Meiyuan matchmaker team said that behind the smile service is the enthusiasm and love for the passenger (customer) service wholeheartedly, which is the best meeting point and commonality between the spirit of the model worker and the matchmaking service.
On July 11th, the public welfare salon of "The 'Three Views' Realm of Model Workers" was organized by Meiyuan Marriage and Dongli Retirement Club, and the Meiyuan matchmaker team and a group of single young people and parents participated. During his tenure as the executive vice chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Nanjing East Road Street, Huangpu District, the keynote speaker Huang Xianzu attached great importance to and actively promoted the marriage and love care of enterprises and institutions in the jurisdiction, and established the first trade union marriage and love studio in the Shanghai trade union system, which played a leading and exemplary role in the city. In this lecture, he started from the discussion of the "world view, outlook on life, and values" of model workers, and then examined the profound impact of the "three views" on the concept of love and marriage, hoping to guide single young people to have the courage to assume family responsibilities and social responsibilities in the matchmaking service, take the initiative to find a mate, and conclude a happy marriage.
