Recently, Kaijiang County has launched a series of activities for the cultural tourism food experience season, welcoming consumers from all over the world to come and taste crayfish. According to incomplete statistics, more than 3 million catties of crayfish from June to September every year will go from the rice fields in Kaijiang to the table in various places, and it is expected that the output value of the entire lobster industry in Kaijiang County will reach 370 million yuan this year.
