Promoting the construction of safe villages is a key task of the grass-roots social governance department, in accordance with the arrangements of the autonomous regional party committee, Li Xiaoping and his colleagues on the basis of in-depth grass-roots research, pay attention to the actual situation in Xinjiang, in-depth development of the safe cell creation project, with the pilot of urban social governance modernization and grid services as the starting point, and comprehensively promote the "party building + comprehensive management center (grid center) + poverty alleviation" model. Vigorously investigate and resolve contradictions and disputes in rural areas, adhere to the integration of "three governances", constantly improve the "three-tone linkage" mechanism of people's mediation, judicial mediation, and administrative mediation, and do everything possible to resolve contradictions and disputes among the masses. At the same time, we will revise and improve the standards for the construction of safe villages in the whole region, continuously strengthen and innovate grass-roots social governance, and promote the construction of a higher level of safe Xinjiang.

According to incomplete statistics, in recent years, the rural governance special group has handled relevant approval documents, sorted out and transferred thousands of poverty alleviation files to the archives of the autonomous region, and completed dozens of rectification problems caused by the feedback problems of the central and autonomous regional party committees.
