When the "karma" is heavy, how difficult is it to recite the Buddha?

Don't think that reciting the Buddha is an easy task, now we don't find it difficult to recite a Buddha sentence, why? Because we don't have deep karma, if a person has karma, he can't recite the Buddha if he wants to, he can't even think of it.

As mentioned earlier, Devadatta, he only recited the word "Namha", why? Because his karma is so heavy, he can't pronounce the word "Buddha."

There is also a public case in China, which also proves that a person cannot recite Buddha when his karma is heavy.

During the Southern Song Dynasty, there was a prime minister named Qin Hui.

He was also a little good-rooted, so he was very smart in this life, and he won the top prize in the exam at that time, but after he became an official, he was jealous of his ability, especially for Yue Fei, so he designed to kill Yue Wumu and created all kinds of other serious crimes.

Because the king of the earth was destined for him, he planned to save him: "When I go to him, as long as he recites the word 'Buddha,' I will forgive him all his sins." So the Bodhisattva King of the Earth incarnated as a bhikshu and came to see Qin Hui.

At that time, Qin Hui was the prime minister, and when he saw the monk coming, he summoned him. The monk said to him: "You should recite the Buddha, you have such a high status now...", but Qin Hui just didn't recite it, he said, "Why bother reciting it?" He didn't even say a word "Buddha" at all.

At this time, the Bodhisattva of the King of the Earth showed his supernatural powers, and with his dust, Qin Hui knelt down involuntarily, and he couldn't get up even if he wanted to.

Then the Jizo King Bodhisattva stretched out his hand and said, "Look at it! What is the handwriting on my hand?"

What was written on the hand of the King of the Earth was the word "Buddha", but after Qin Hui read it, he made a big remark and said: "I have been studying since I was a child, and I have been a talented person, a scholar, and then a champion."

When the "karma" is heavy, how difficult is it to recite the Buddha?

Now, documents from all countries have to be reviewed by me before I can decide what to do with them.

If I don't even know this word, what else can I be a prime minister? It's not that I don't know this word, but I don't pronounce it!"

The Bodhisattva King of Jizo saw that this person was really full of karma and could not save him, so he left, and later Qin Hui fell into hell after his death.

It can be seen that chanting Buddha is not an easy task. So why do we usually recite the Buddha? Usually chanting Buddha is to prepare for the end of life. Why not wait until you are dying?

Because habits are built over time.

You don't usually have the habit of reciting the Buddha, and when you are dying, you can't remember to recite the Buddha, or you don't know how to recite the Buddha at all.

Therefore, we should learn to recite the Buddha and practice the Pure Land Method, so that when we are dying, we will not panic and be able to live in the Elysian World in peace.

When the "karma" is heavy, how difficult is it to recite the Buddha?

Why die in Elysium? Because Amitabha Buddha made forty-eight vows when he was a Dharma Tibetan bhikshu in the cause.

It says, "After I become a Buddha, if there is a person who recites my name from all the sentient beings in the ten directions, I will definitely lead him to my world and become a Buddha in the future."

In my world, all living beings are born from lotus flowers, so their bodies are pure and unstained.

Because Amitabha Buddha made this great vow, all sentient beings should practice the Dharma, which is a very opportune and easy way to practice.

In the scriptures, it is also said: "At the end of the practice, 100 million people practice, and it is rare for one to attain the Tao, and only by reciting the Buddha can they attain enlightenment." ”

That is to say, 100 million people practice, but not a single one has attained enlightenment, and only by reciting the Buddha can they be reborn in the world of bliss and attained enlightenment. Especially in the era of the end of the Dharma, chanting the Buddha corresponds to the root mechanism of ordinary people.
