The reporter stopped for a moment and witnessed Xiong Yutong skillfully operating on the stall. Use a casserole to cook the instant noodles and kimchi selected by diners, and the average amount of one serving is 15 yuan. Cooking noodles seems simple, but Xiong Yutong thinks that hard work can be delicious. In her opinion, the ingredients, the order in which the ingredients are cooked, and even the heat and firing time will affect the taste.

The ingredients of the gourmet food are also abundant.

"There are so many diners that the two of us can't get busy." One side dish, one person fried rice, this husband and wife stall has made business prosperous. At about 10:30 every night, they sold all the ingredients before closing the stall, with an average daily turnover of about 2,000 yuan.
A few months ago, Huang Kai's stall was not so smooth, he has been setting up a stall on Wufeng Street for 8 years, and he has to look at the weather before going out every day. "If you want to do well, you have to be in a location with a lot of people." Huang Kai also experienced that food stalls occupy the road, often bringing problems such as hygiene, traffic, and oil smoke disturbing the people. Owning a fixed booth has become his long-standing wish.
Huang Kai's troubles, Xu Fei, the person in charge of Qianna Square, felt the same way. Xu Fei introduced that the section of Wufeng Street, which is close to Qianna Square, is 170 meters long, and there are 110 hawkers who occupy the road and set up stalls during the peak in the past.

"Urban management is linked to development and people's livelihood, and it is difficult to solve the problem if left alone or rushed to it." Zhang Zhengbiao, director of the Wujiashan Street Comprehensive Law Enforcement Center, introduced that the street faced the dilemma and actively promoted the comprehensive management of commerce, led by the street co-ordination and the street comprehensive law enforcement center, and the establishment of a business district alliance management committee by multiple departments, and jointly discussed with Hailin Plaza, Qianna Square and other commercial entities, coordinated planning and layout, and repeatedly studied and solicited opinions on how to regulate the market.
In September last year, Qianna Square made every effort to build a food street, through unified recruitment and unified management of stalls, while solving the problem of mobile vendors occupying the road, and striving to create a new bright spot in Wujiashan's night economy.
"The food court stipulates that there are no more than two of the same category to help merchants improve quality and taste." Xu Fei introduced that the current number of parking in Qianna Square is four times that of the past, and the daily flow of people in and out is around 7,000.
Wujiashan Street set up a special project class for the pastoral business district, arranged 14 sanitation workers and 1 fast cleaning personnel, and members of the comprehensive law enforcement center were on duty 24 hours a day. At present, Wujiashan Street is preparing for a small commodity market, introducing 60 merchants to build the pastoral business district into a comprehensive experience area for all formats at night.
