After more than a month, the food was not delivered, thinking that it would not be delivered. I didn't expect to receive a parcel in the mail two days later, which contained a pack of kuay teow, not the noodles I wanted. The attached piece of paper indicates that the pack of kway teow can be stored at room temperature for 30 days. Even in supermarkets, kway teow can't be stored for so long at the air-conditioned temperature. As there was no ingredient printed on the package, I suspected that there were preservatives on the kuay teow and I planned not to consume it.
In addition, the name of LG Food Solutions was not included on the outside of the packet, only a 58 stamp with a note from Singapore Post: "Postage is insufficient, please remind the sender to pay the full $2 postage".
This is because the postal company does not know who the sender is, but they have the right to detain the parcel and not send it, and may also ask the recipient of the parcel to pay the postage.
