Foreign garbage is here again, with eggs and serious mildew.
On July 2, when mainland customs officials inspected a batch of imported dried shrimp shells, they found that the goods had an obvious fishy odor, which was identified by experts as foreign garbage prohibited by the state.
Why does foreign garbage continue to be banned? What exactly?

It stinks!
A large truck came to the Dongdu customs gate, which was loaded with dried shrimp shells, and the customs officers inspected it according to the usual practice, and found that this batch of goods, mainly shrimp heads and fragmented shrimp shells, had an obvious fishy smell, which could smoke people to death.
Isn't this a dry shrimp shell, how can it still stink, is there something in it? The customs officers suspected that it was foreign garbage, so they called professionals for identification.
The results were identified and found that this batch of goods was a shrimp shell after the raw shrimp was stripped of the shrimp meat, and it was not a dry shrimp shell at all, with a lot of insect eggs in it, and even serious mildew, which was a foreign garbage prohibited by the state from importing, with a total of 51.23 tons.
No wonder it's so stinky, it's all moldy, and there are so many, it's not the first time that foreigners are going to do something.
Repeated bans on foreign garbage
Case 1: Old clothes
If you buy a beautiful dress on a certain platform, and when you buy it back for the second time, you find that it is gone, or it is off the shelves, then the dress you bought is very likely to be old clothes.
As early as March 2019, Shenzhen Customs seized a batch of used clothes, totaling 398 kilograms.
When the customs officers inspected the imported goods, they found several suspicious woven bags, and after opening them, a pungent smell came to the face, all of them were old clothes, many of which had been deducted from the trademarks, and some of them were covered with oil stains and stains.
The person concerned could not indicate the source and use of the clothes, so they were directly destroyed, and these old clothes are items that the state prohibits from being imported into the mainland, and they have not been sterilized, and it is very likely that they will carry a large number of germs.
In fact, as early as 2016, Shenzhen Customs seized old clothes, which were suspected of having Korean school uniforms, a total of 549 tons.
But this is not the end, at the end of June this year, a batch of used clothes were seized at the customs port in Hefei, totaling 1.1 tons, which was identified as foreign garbage prohibited from being imported by the mainland.
Case 2: Eggs
This happened at Beijing Customs in April this year, when a passenger passed through the security check and found a large number of soaked parasites inside, a total of 57 bottles.
After testing by professional institutions, these parasites are cap Tanqua nematode, Chinese sickletail nematode, Quaralang nematode, carp belt towel nematode, Raphidascaris chirocentri (no Chinese name), a total of five parasites.
According to the passenger's explanation, these parasites are used for experiments, and everyone must know the dangers of parasites, and the consequences of accidents are absolutely unimaginable.
Risking such a big risk to do experiments, whether it is really dedicated or what other ideas, no one knows this, but the mainland has relevant regulations, and these parasites cannot be brought into the country without state approval and permission.
Case 3: Waste plastics
Beginning in 2015, a company in Xiamen bought foreign garbage, or waste plastic, from another company at a price of 80 yuan per tonne, and then made a profit in the domestic market, according to relevant authorities.
In 2017, more than 2,000 tons of waste plastics were seized in three places in Fujian, involving more than 60 million yuan.
Over the years, every foreign garbage that has been discovered, the mainland has disposed of it and banned it from entering, but after a while, another batch will be found.
Is it a malicious import from a foreign country, or a "deliberate" import by a domestic unscrupulous businessman?
Why ban foreign garbage?
Garbage should stay in the trash instead of littering everywhere.
What is foreign garbage? It is the solid waste generated by foreign countries in the production process, which is transported to China for disposal through irregular means, so that they save time, effort and money.
In the early days, the mainland's garbage production was small, and the environmental capacity was able to deal with these foreign garbage, but the mainland's industrial base was weak, so it was forced to import some foreign garbage that could be reused.
However, with the improvement of the level of productivity, a large amount of solid waste has been piled up in China, but the environmental carrying capacity is limited.
The accumulation of foreign garbage on the mainland will cause damage to the ecological environment and increase the burden on the environment, because a large number of harmful gases will appear after combustion, resulting in the pollution of the atmospheric environment, and washing these foreign garbage will harm the soil and water bodies, no matter how to deal with it, it is harmful to the environment.
Moreover, foreign garbage will also damage the economic structure of the mainland, and people will buy and sell some low-end products, and the mainland's economy will also be threatened.
Therefore, for the sake of the environment and the people, we must say "no" to foreign garbage, and the most important thing about foreign garbage imported to the mainland is used clothes, if the import is not banned, it will be fed back to the people after being discovered by unscrupulous merchants.
Why should I avoid wearing foreign garbage?
The first is that there is no formal disinfection, and there are bacteria and viruses.
No one knows where these old clothes came from, and there is no way to know how many bacteria are on them, but they will escape the quarantine of the regular unit after importing, and there will be no formal disinfection.
After casually disposing of the problem, the problem is not visible to the naked eye, or the problem is not obvious, it will be directly provided to consumers by unscrupulous merchants, and some merchants will even take the initiative to seek these imported used clothes in order to make a profit.
The second is that it may cause an epidemic.
The germs and viruses carried by these imported used clothes have not been professionally tested for contagiousness, and long-term contact with these clothes may cause skin diseases or cause large-scale epidemics.
In order to make profits, some lawbreakers and unscrupulous merchants buy these old clothes from abroad at a very low cost, and then sell them to consumers at a price of dozens of yuan after rough processing.
Consumers look at cheap clothes, they will feel that they have earned, and then make purchases, there are many news that have exposed these problems, but there are still people who are fooled, but foreign garbage is harmful after all, and it is better to avoid it.
How to avoid it?
When you find that the sleeves, neckline and other parts of the clothes are worn when buying clothes, you must pay attention to them, this is second-hand clothes, and it is very likely to be foreign garbage.
There is also a situation where the merchant said that a certain piece of clothing is a masterpiece, and whoever buys it will earn it, which must be extra vigilant, and it is very likely to be foreign garbage.
After all, it is an old piece of clothing imported from abroad, and there is no guarantee that there will be multiple styles of one garment.
There is also a peculiar smell of clothes, which may be the smell of old things, and sometimes it may be fragrance, which is sprayed by merchants in order to cover up the smell of old clothes.
