It is reported that the Shuicheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has adopted an innovative service model through advance planning, joint education, youth league and district committee departments, including Douyin live broadcast with job promotion and public employment consultation, etc., to implement "one person, one file" and "one policy for a lifetime" for college graduates, and provide targeted "1131" employment services. The "1131" employment service includes at least 1 career guidance, 3 job recommendations, 1 vocational training and 1 job shadowing opportunity for each graduate. In addition, Shuicheng District has also actively excavated grassroots employment positions such as the "Three Branches and One Support" plan, special post teachers, and the Western Volunteer Program, unblocked grassroots employment channels, and guided more college graduates to work at the grassroots level. Since the beginning of this year, 295 people have been employed through these programs, and 271 people have been employed by civil servants and public institutions.
