1. Enrollment plan

(1) Enrollment plans for ordinary high schools

According to the source of junior high school graduates in our county, the scale of high school and the conditions of running schools, and with the approval of the Municipal Education Bureau, it is determined that the enrollment plan for freshmen in ordinary high schools in our county is 6,400. Among them, Junan No. 1 Middle School enrolls 1,300 students (including 100 independent students and 50 special students), Junan No. 2 Middle School enrolls 1,600 students (including 50 special students), Xincheng High School enrolls 2,000 students (including 70 special students), Lingang No. 1 Middle School enrolls 1,100 students (including 45 special students), and New Century High School (private school) enrolls 400 students.

According to the requirements of the "Notice of the Linyi Municipal Education Bureau on Printing <临沂市2024年初中学业水平考试及普通高中招生录取工作实施方案>and Distribution" (Linjiao Ji Zi [2024] No. 4) on "in principle, more than 60% of the enrollment plan of ordinary high schools, especially high-quality high schools, should be allocated to all junior high schools in the high school service area", our county will enroll 780 people (60% of 1300 people) in Junan No. 1 Middle School, 960 students (60% out of 1,600) in the enrollment plan of Junan No. 2 Middle School, 1,200 students (60% out of 2,000 students) in the enrollment plan of Xincheng High School, and 660 students (60% out of 1,100 students) in the enrollment plan of Lingang No. 1 Middle School are allocated to each junior high school as index students (see Annex 2 for the index student allocation plan).

(2) Enrollment plans for secondary vocational schools

After the review and approval of the Municipal Education Bureau, it was determined that a total of 2,350 vocational education students will be enrolled in 2024. Linyi Agricultural School enrolls 1,850 students (including technicians), and Junan County Hengyi Secondary Vocational School enrolls 500 students. Among them, Linyi Agricultural School has trained 40 people in the "3+4" counterpart section, 350 people in the vocational education college entrance examination class (9 majors such as livestock and poultry production technology, computer application, mechanical and electrical technology application, accounting affairs, automobile application and maintenance, secretarial, horticultural technology, nursing, and early childhood education), 700 people in the five-year higher vocational education system, 555 vocational secondary schools, and 205 technicians; Hengyi Secondary Vocational School offers three majors: computer application, early childhood care, and art design and production.

II. Scope of Enrollment

The enrollment scope of public high schools in our county is the area of the county, and students who do not register for the high school entrance examination in Junan County will not be admitted. If the private high school in our county is insufficient, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the County Education and Sports Bureau and submit an application, and report to the Municipal Education Bureau to study the overall adjustment in Linyi City, and shall not enroll students across the city.

III. Admission Method

(1) Admission methods for ordinary high schools

The principle of enrollment and admission of ordinary public high schools is "score priority, follow the willingness, fairness and justice, standardization and order". The county education and sports bureau strictly follows the results of the junior high school academic proficiency test, the comprehensive quality evaluation and the order of candidates' volunteers, etc., and comprehensively considers and selects the best. Private high schools shall, according to the enrollment plan, organize their own enrollment and enrollment work under the guidance of the county education and sports bureau.

1. Independent enrollment and admission. Candidates who have participated in the independent enrollment of Junan No. 1 Middle School and have been pre-admitted, with a total score of more than 80% (inclusive) of the full score in the junior high school academic proficiency test, will be officially admitted to the independent enrollment batch of Junan No. 1 Middle School; Candidates who fail to achieve the full score of 80% in the junior high school academic proficiency test cannot be admitted to the independent enrollment batch of Junan No. 1 Middle School. If the independent enrollment plan cannot be completed, the remaining plan will be used as the ordinary batch plan index of Junan No. 1 Middle School. Junan No. 1 Middle School should strictly implement the school's independent enrollment guidelines, and students who cannot establish their enrollment due to illegal enrollment shall be responsible for their own responsibility. Junan No. 1 Middle School's independent enrollment admission list (signed by the main person in charge and stamped with the official seal) should be reported to the Basic Education Unit of the County Education and Sports Bureau before 12:00 a.m. on July 6. Students who have been admitted to Junan No. 1 Middle School cannot participate in the admission of other high schools.

2. Admission of special students. The registration, professional examination and admission of special students are organized by the general high school admissions school itself, and the admission is made in advance. In principle, the candidates' academic proficiency test scores shall not be less than 60% of the full score, and the requirements for junior high school academic proficiency test scores can be appropriately lowered for candidates with particularly excellent scores in professional courses. All high schools should strictly implement the enrollment guidelines for special students announced by the school, admit students fairly and justly, and must not enroll students across cities and counties. If the special student plan is not completed until the enrollment plan is full, the remaining plan will be used as the index of the ordinary batch plan of the high school. The admission list of special students of each high school (signed by the main person in charge and stamped with the official seal) should be reported to the basic education unit of the county education and sports bureau before 12:00 a.m. on July 6. Students who have already been admitted as gifted students cannot participate in the admission of other high schools.

3. Admission of index students. The number of junior high school students in the third grade of the junior high school registration platform in June is used to determine the number of index student allocation plans of the school. The allocation objects of index students are: fresh graduates who have been enrolled in junior high schools in our county for three consecutive years and have complete learning experience. For the admission of index students, there is a minimum control line, and the control line is within 10 points (inclusive) of the admission score of ordinary high schools. When admitting, the eligible candidates will be sorted from high to low according to the results of the junior high school academic proficiency test, and the candidates' reported preferences will be retrieved in turn according to the order of the candidates' volunteers. If the junior high school does not complete the corresponding high school index plan, the remaining indicators of the high school will be invalidated.

4. Admission of ordinary students. When admitting, all candidates (excluding the "3+4" undergraduate students who have been admitted to Linyi Agricultural School and the special students of ordinary high schools, index students and independent enrollment of Junan No. 1 Middle School, etc.) will be sorted according to the results of the junior high school academic level test from high to low. If there is no school that meets the admission requirements after searching all the candidates' preferences, the candidate will lose the opportunity to be admitted to a public high school.

The basic conditions for admission are that the comprehensive quality has reached C level or above. When admitting, if other conditions are equal, priority will be given to candidates with higher grades in ethics and rule of law subjects. If there are candidates with the same level of ethics and rule of law subjects at the time of the completion of the program, all candidates of that level will be admitted, and this situation will not be regarded as over-planned enrollment.

(2) Methods of admission to secondary vocational schools

1. 2.
