Some parents sued the merchant in court, and the court found that the baby walking car involved had an unreasonable danger to the person and was a product defect. The court ordered the defendant store to compensate the plaintiff for medical expenses, nursing expenses and mental injury solatium totaling more than 12,000 yuan.
According to the official public account of the State Administration for Market Regulation, "Shishuo Xinyu", the market supervision department immediately launched an investigation on the day of exposure, seized the products of the four companies involved, and suspended production, filed cases, and spot checks on more than 10 upstream suppliers of the four companies involved overnight.
In 2005, the stroller products were listed in the CCC certification catalog, which is a children's stroller product in the category of children's products, and the certification is based on the mandatory national standard GB 14748-2006 "Safety Requirements for Strollers".
"Walking baby artifact" applies to the above standards and is within the scope of the CCC certification catalog.
However, through investigation, the State Administration for Market Regulation found that the five CCC certification certificates involved in the report were inconsistent with the cart products sold on the platform, and belonged to the certification certificates of other products fraudulently used by the cart products of the e-commerce platform.
It is recommended that consumers inquire about the relevant CCC product certification information on the "National Certification and Accreditation Information Public Service Platform" when purchasing CCC products, so as to identify the authenticity of the CCC certification certificate.
