On July 3, the reporter went to the sports park and saw that there were two flat cement fields in an open area about 200 meters away from the entrance of the park near the railway. According to Mr. Dong, a citizen, the two cement venues were originally equipped with tennis courts, basketball courts, badminton courts and fitness equipment areas, and the fields were surrounded by barbed wire.

In response to the doubts of the public, the reporter learned from Guiyang Jingkai City Operation Group Co., Ltd. that the property owner of the sports park in the Economic Development Zone is Vanke Huacheng Community Fangkai, and because the Fangkai is unable to continue to manage the park, the right to use the park will be transferred to Guiyang Jingkai City Operation Group Co., Ltd. on June 21, 2023, and the company will carry out daily management.
Luo Xiang, deputy director of the market development department of Guizhou Jingwei Tourism Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, told reporters that due to the old and damaged original facilities of the sports field, in order to ensure that the public has a better sports environment, the original sports facilities will be demolished, and the existing sports field will be upgraded and transformed into indoor sports venues, and new sports facilities will be built. "The renovation includes new basketball, badminton and tennis courts." Luo Xiang said that at present, the company is preparing a plan for upgrading and renovating, and in order to facilitate the fitness of citizens, the new sports venues will set up free opening hours.
