In November 2013, a rape case occurred in Zhenba County, Hanzhong City, after the criminal suspect committed the crime, he violently coerced the victim to write an IOU, and then added the content of "sleeping with the victim for ten nights and settling the account" to the IOU, which became the victim woman voluntarily having a relationship with him, covering up the fact of rape.
The cunning suspect denied the crime he had committed, and because the font was similar in appearance, the investigators could not distinguish the authenticity of the IOU, let alone characterize the case. So I sent this special IOU to the Municipal Public Security Bureau for handwriting identification. In the face of the facts, the suspect had to confess guilt.
