The "six libraries, two lines and one code" mobile APP account will be opened to 35 county-level leaders, 21 owner units, 6 element guarantee units, 29 project units and 12 towns (offices) to ensure that the real-time dynamics of the project library, problem list, visualization, suggestion box and reminder box can be grasped anytime and anywhere, and provide intelligent means for timely and effective discovery and solution of difficulties and problems in the process of project construction. Adhere to the "monthly supervision" and implement the "double assignment", and have issued 18 supervision letters and 10 reminder letters to the responsible departments and county-level leaders respectively to force the problem to be solved and promote the progress of construction. In strict accordance with the "Danfeng County High-quality Project Assessment Measures", the implementation of quantitative assessment, integral management, the results and target responsibility assessment, cadre inspection and appointment linked, forced responsibility implementation, task implementation.
Optimize the environment and be a good development booster. By strengthening the "hard measures" of government services, Danfeng County has enhanced the soft power of the business environment, continued to promote the working mechanisms of "joint application of licenses and licenses, centralized examination and approval, acceptance of defects, and parallel processing", and actively promoted the management of the whole process of project construction, which has grabbed valuable time to accelerate the implementation of the project, greatly shortened the construction period, and helped to start construction and put into production early. Learn from the advanced reform experience of Xi'an High-tech Zone, Xixian New Area and other places, combined with the actual situation of the county, and the United County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued the Danfeng County "Implementation Plan for the Reform of Phased Handling of Construction Permits" to effectively solve the problem of slow project implementation and slow start, and continuously strengthen the project service guarantee. Completed the compilation of the "Danfeng County Examination and Approval Service "Tolerance Acceptance" List (Second Batch)" and announced it to the public, involving 70 items from 7 departments, with a total of 129 items in the two batches. Since the beginning of this year, 6 batches of "centralized review and agency" activities have been carried out for the preliminary procedures of the project, and a total of 184 project approval procedures, 13 cultural relics approval procedures, 18 environmental impact assessment approval procedures, 8 land use planning permits, 10 engineering planning permits, and 8 construction permits have been carried out, effectively solving the problems of difficult project storage, many approval items, and slow procedures, and empowering the high-quality development of the county economy.
