Secretary Gao and the team members first visited the villagers and learned that there were 4 key monitoring households, 1 marginal household, and 3 households with sudden serious illness in Dashi Village, and then they held a meeting with the two village committees to study and decide to eliminate risks for 4 monitoring households and marginal households, and to include 3 seriously ill households in the low-security pocket and temporary assistance, stabilizing and consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and dynamically eliminating the risk of returning to poverty.
In just three months, they have strictly fulfilled the work discipline of "eating in the village, living in the village, and working in the village", going from house to house, going deep into the fields, and talking to the common people about their daily routines, policies, and listening to difficulties. At present, 155 households have been visited, through visits to understand, household inspection, to publicize the party and state policies of the party and the state on rural revitalization to the villagers, to guide farmers to eat healthily and improve the level of health, to collect the villagers' urgent and difficult problems, to establish a working account to help one by one. Through visiting Secretary Gao and the members of the help team, they have a good idea of the work, and the villagers have a brighter heart after understanding the planning goals of rural revitalization.
However, rural revitalization is by no means an empty phrase, through field resource research and exchanges with cooperatives and village leaders to get rich, they initially envisage the development of large-scale planting industries after the mechanization of the whole village, and carry out rural leisure tourism development with Luojiaping as the core. It is necessary to develop a pillar industry, and at the same time attract talents to return to their hometowns to develop and develop farmhouse local food and catering, farming culture experience, weekend leisure vacation, etc., so as to write a new chapter for promoting the prosperity and development of villagers.

Secretary Gao also made use of his own resource advantages, and after the experts of Chongqing University of Science and Technology came to the village to investigate and dock, he promoted the donation of a "multi-functional intelligent drying room" by Chongqing Institute of Science and Technology to provide scientific and technological support for the industrialization of shiitake mushrooms in the village; with the leader of getting rich as the leader, training more rich experts, providing employment opportunities for more villagers and increasing the income of villagers. On this basis, the revitalization plan is carried out in advance. The first is to plan industrial development, after the mechanization of the whole village's land, seek high-quality planting industries to settle down in the village for development, expand the scale of vine pepper, honey pumpkin, and late grapefruit industry, contact villagers who have developed well outside, and investigate and demonstrate the possibility of landing other breeding value industries. The second is to dock with the talents who have developed inside and outside the village, jointly establish a poverty alleviation mechanism, and drive more villagers to get rich through the leaders of getting rich who wholeheartedly serve and teach technology to the poverty alleviation households. The third is to carry out the work of improving the quality of the living environment, achieve ecological livability, through increasing infrastructure construction, carrying out environmental protection in rural industries, transforming and controlling the waste discharge of aquaculture, regularly rectifying the "one household and eight reforms" of villagers' housing and the environment behind the front house, establishing a rating system, and promoting the optimization of the environment in the village. The fourth is to fully integrate the construction of rural revitalization demonstration sites, give play to the historical and cultural heritage, dig deep into the historical and cultural characteristics of natural milling pans, and highlight the culture of scooping paper; excavate the history and culture of Dashi Village and "stone houses"; build new cultural propaganda positions, and establish policy propaganda columns, excellent villagers' honor walls, and villagers' leisure corners at the entrance of the village party and mass service centers to create a policy and cultural propaganda position. Fifth, adhere to the guidance of party building, strictly enforce the system of three meetings and one lesson, take the lead in teaching classes, establish rules and regulations, strengthen institutional guarantees, and vigorously consolidate the organizational construction of village party branches.

During the poverty alleviation period, Dashi Village plans to install 500 solar street lights, has installed more than 220 lamps, and still needs to install more than 300 lights, but the village's financial solution can not provide the funds involved, Secretary Gao plans to solve through the future rural revitalization special funds, but also hopes that there is love and responsibility of social funds to help. But no matter what the way, this street lamp must be installed. In Secretary Gao Yifeng's view, this is not just the installation of street lights itself, because revitalizing the countryside is to make the countryside more beautiful and better. Imagine: if the countryside only sees the mountains and sees the water during the day, but there is no light everywhere in the village at night in addition to the lights in the village office, the villagers sometimes have to come out to do something, have to walk a night road, and find someone who needs to visit the door, there must be many inconveniences. In the countryside, no one can guarantee that they will not take the night road, in fact, everyone often takes the night road, so in the main road of the village community, the field town, the community are installed with solar street lights, is to ensure that the villagers, even at night, can also walk with their feet and hands, so that they can travel. What is called "Kangzhuang Avenue", at least one point, the night road will not fall because you can't see it. Although it is impossible to make the village community as colorful as the Hongya Cave, with these lights, the hearts of the villagers are also bright at night.
