Zhejiang entered the plum on June 9 this year, and the plum came out on July 4, slightly earlier than the plum on July 5 of the normal year, and the entire plum rainy period was 25 days, 2 days more than the normal year. Since the beginning of this year, the "violent plum" has continued to be online, and the rain has been fierce and torrential rain has been repeated in the places it has passed. Tomorrow's plum blossom means that the long high temperature "baking test" is coming.
Yueqing Meteorological Observatory July 3 at 11 o'clock issued a high temperature report and weather forecast by the subtropical high pressure, is expected to be the day after tomorrow in the city's maximum temperature of 35-37 °C, please do a good job of heat stroke prevention and cooling work. It will be sunny to partly cloudy today, with partly cloudy showers or thunderstorms in the mountains in the afternoon, and sunny to partly cloudy tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Tomorrow morning low: 26 to 28°C Tomorrow daytime high: 33 to 35°C

The heat is coming
The editor reminds everyone to be vigilant against heat stroke
Even heatstroke
What are the different types of heat stroke?
Depending on the severity of symptoms
Heat stroke can be divided into premonitory heat stroke, mild heat stroke, and severe heat stroke
Be alert for heatstroke
01
What is heatstroke?
Heatstroke, or severe heat stroke, is a serious and fatal disease, and if not treated in a timely and effective manner, the case fatality rate can be as high as more than 60%.
02
Who is suscepted to heatstroke?
1. Those with insufficient body temperature regulation ability (such as the elderly and infirm, children), and those with underlying diseases (such as mental disorders, sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage, etc.);
2. Those who have been in a high temperature environment for a long time (such as sanitation workers, traffic police, children in closed compartments), etc.;
3. Participate in labor (such as training commanders, firefighters, athletes, construction workers, etc.).
03
What factors predispose to heatstroke?
1. Strong solar radiation or exposure to high temperature and humidity environment, the body temperature is 33 °C, heat stroke is likely to occur, and heat stroke may occur; >40°C is prone to heatstroke; Heatstroke is very susceptible to heat stroke above 51°C;
2. High-intensity exercise, the physical tasks arranged are too heavy or not suitable for physical fitness; Inadequate rest periods; inadequate hydration; Improper choice of assignment or work hours.
04
How can I prevent heatstroke?
1. The most effective preventive measures are to avoid high temperature (high humidity) and unventilated environment, reduce and avoid the risk factors of heat stroke, ensure adequate rest time, and avoid the occurrence of dehydration, so as to reduce the incidence and mortality rate of heat stroke.
2. In the process of heat stroke prevention and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine, chrysanthemums, honeysuckle, lotus leaves, peppermint, herbs and patchouli all have the effect of clearing heat and relieving heatstroke, which can not only prevent the occurrence of severe heat stroke to a certain extent, but also play a good therapeutic effect in the first time of onset.
05
How do I administer first aid at the scene?
Rapid, effective, and sustained cooling is the primary treatment for heatstroke. Aggressive and effective cooling measures include:
1. Water bath or ice water scrub bath;
2. Electronic ice blankets, ice caps;
3. Rapid fluid resuscitation;
4. Drug cooling is not advocated.
