The event was co-sponsored by the Municipal Urban Management Bureau and the Municipal Urban Development Group, and relevant departments such as public security traffic police, fire rescue, health and epidemic prevention, as well as urban lighting operation and maintenance units participated in the drill.
This drill simulated emergency situations such as box substation fire, fault repair, electric shock disposal, and lighting network security problem disposal in urban lighting work. According to the preset scenario, the scene simulated the aging of the street light box and the fire, causing the surrounding area of the street lights to be lit up in a large area of black lights, traffic signal lights were interrupted, etc., after the relevant units received the alarm, they quickly rushed to the scene, and in accordance with the division of responsibilities, orderly carried out the work of vigilance isolation, box change fire extinguishing, temporary traffic control of road sections, and traffic diversion at intersections. In the emergency repair operation drill of faulty equipment, the lighting repair team members wear protective equipment according to the specifications, immediately cut off the power supply, replace damaged devices, and restore the normal operation of the equipment in a short time. In addition, the scene also simulated how to eliminate network failures, trace illegal information, and guide news and public opinion after the power transmission of lighting facilities is garbled.
A total of 28 emergency team members, 4 rescue vehicles, and 1 aerial work vehicle were dispatched to test the emergency warning, joint defense linkage, command and dispatch capabilities of urban lighting, improve the awareness of urban lighting safety management and emergency response level, and achieve the purpose of finding problems, summarizing experience, and preparing for war.
Yuan Haiyan, member of the party group and deputy director of the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, fully affirmed the emergency drill. She said that it is necessary to deeply understand the importance of urban lighting safety management, combined with the current investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards, to further find out the bottom number, investigate hidden dangers, and strengthen rectification.
