According to the person in charge of the Longgang District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the whole house intelligent industry in Longgang District participated in the display of the local practice exhibition area of the Housing Expo, which showed the innovative advantages of Longgang District in recent years relying on the independent and controllable connection technology of leading enterprises and the key laboratory of whole-house intelligence jointly built by the government and enterprises, and vigorously promoted the intelligent and digital application of building space from the multi-dimensional force of "policy guidance, project scenarios, and industrial cultivation". In terms of promoting the realization of "safe housing" in the intelligent construction industry cluster, it has successfully introduced intelligent construction enterprises led by China State Construction International, promoted new construction technologies such as MiC (Modular Integrated Construction Method), led the rapid development of intelligent construction, and vigorously promoted the application of prefabricated buildings in the construction of talent apartments, affordable housing and schools and hospitals;
In terms of promoting the realization of "smart home" in the smart building industry cluster, Huawei has carried out a pilot project of spatial intelligence with whole-house intelligence as the entry point, and cooperated with 23 HarmonyOS Zhilian ecological enterprises to carry out digital home industry incubation, building a complete industrial ecological chain from standard research, scenario innovation, solution incubation, business model to commercial implementation. 8 whole-house intelligent projects have been built in the district, 21 whole-house intelligent projects are under construction, and 30 potential application projects have been explored, and a number of demonstration application projects such as schools and security have been accelerated.
In terms of promoting the realization of "green living" in low-carbon and energy-saving industrial clusters, with the goal of realizing zero-carbon buildings, a number of leading building energy enterprises such as China Construction Science and Industry and China Construction Science and Technology have been introduced, and the team of academician Ouyang Minggao has been introduced to focus on cutting-edge fields such as low-carbon building energy supply, energy electrification, and energy intelligent interconnection, and carry out key core technology research on green and low-carbon smart buildings. It has planned to tap the potential of a number of representative, pioneering and exemplary construction projects, promote the application of scientific and technological innovation achievements, and create a low-carbon and intelligent Shenzhen "good house" sample through the exhibition hall of the low-carbon construction engineering technology innovation center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
