In order to standardize and improve enterprise management, further promote private enterprises to deeply understand the party and state policies, and promote the optimization of the business environment under the rule of law, on the afternoon of June 28, the Kaifeng Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Longting District Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) jointly held a special lecture on "learning the rule of law, stressing compliance, and promoting development". Sun Hao, Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of the Kaifeng Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Group of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, Han Bao, Honorary Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, Wang Juan, Honorary President of the Municipal General Chamber of Commerce, Zhang Guishan, Wang Yongmei, Lin Baishu, Zhou Bingjun, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and more than 70 people attended the lecture.
Lei Zhizhi, executive director of Henan Wang Songhua Law Firm, was invited to give special training to the participating entrepreneurs. Lei Zhizhi popularized the new company law that will be implemented on July 1 this year from several aspects, such as the overview of the revision of the company law, the reform and application of the company's capital system, the adjustment of the corporate governance structure, the duties and obligations of directors, supervisors and senior executives, and the rules for the establishment and exit of the company. At the same time, combined with the latest revised legal provisions and specific cases, this paper analyzes and judges the legal issues that may be encountered in the operation of enterprises in terms of company resolutions, shareholders' capital contributions, labor and employment, etc., and gives reasonable opinions and suggestions.
After the lecture, the participating entrepreneurs spoke highly of Mr. Lei's explanation, and they said that they benefited a lot from the training, and had a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the new "Company Law", which is of great reference significance for everyone to establish and improve the modern enterprise system, promote the entrepreneurial spirit, better integrate into the new social and economic order, and promote the healthy and compliant development of enterprises, which provides strong help for enterprises to cope with and deal with related problems.
