Dai Yanping, pen name Changle, born in 1937, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a member of the Chinese Writers Association, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a painter and a calligrapher, a first-class writer and a first-class poet.

He was awarded the honorary title of "Representative of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art", the honorary title of "2020 Chinese Art Meritorious Figure" and the national honorary title of "People's Hero Meritorious Artist" by the China Art Reform and Development Committee. He was awarded the "Lifetime Achievement Award" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

He served as the vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, the president of the Veteran Cadres Writers Association, and the president of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Painting and Calligraphy Institute. He is a foreign member of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of France, the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts and the Academy of Roman Painting in Italy, and an honorary member of the Russian Academy of Arts.
