The owner and the staff of the real estate developer should go to the Ordos Real Estate Registration Center on the third floor of Block B of the Dongsheng District Citizen Service Center to apply for the transfer registration of the newly built residential commercial housing, and the following information shall be prepared:
1. Application form for real estate registration (three forms in one, stamped with the developer's official seal, legal person seal, and signed by the agent)
2. The original ID card of the owner (if there is a previous name, you need to bring a copy of your household registration book)
3. The original and copy of the real estate developer's business license, a copy of the legal person's ID card, a power of attorney, and the original ID card of the entrusted person (real estate companies that have filed with the Ordos Real Estate Registration Center do not need to provide this content)
4. The original contract for the sale and purchase of commercial housing and the sub-household plan (if the area, number of floors and amount of the house changes, the real estate company shall issue a supplementary agreement and sign it jointly for confirmation)
