On September 29, the 10th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Sanming Successfully Completed the Agenda and Closed Successfully.

On the afternoon of September 29, the Tenth Sanming Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China held its first plenary meeting, and the plenary session elected Yu Hongsheng, Li Chun, Qiu Yi, Yan Yan, Huang Guanhua, Xu Linsen, Chen Lieping, Liu Baohuai, Zhai Chao, Lü Guojian, Yang Xingzhong, and Wu Guoshun as members of the Standing Committee of the Sanming Municipal CPC Committee by secret ballot; Yu Hongsheng was elected secretary of the Sanming Municipal CPC Committee, and Li Chun and Qiu Yi were elected deputy secretaries of the Sanming Municipal CPC Committee.
