Mini vehicles are fully electrified, opening the era of 30,000 yuan

"At present, the trend of electric vehicles replacing mini-cars is more obvious. In the past few years, the sales of fuel mini-cars have declined greatly, and the original boutique micro-car has declined more seriously, and the micro-car market has recently become the main market for electric vehicles. In the past, even today, there are still people who discuss mini cars and old man music together, which shows that cost performance or "cheap" is a major focus of consumers' attention to micro cars. However, today's mini cars are no longer the time to promote the price area within 50,000 yuan to enter the new energy era around 2020, and the price of some mini cars has even reached 60,000-90,000 yuan.

In comparison, the price of 26,900-31,900 yuan for the galloping pony is more attractive, and this price is even lower than the Wuling Hongguang MINI (starting from 28,800 yuan) when it was first listed. As for whether it can reproduce the explosive phenomenon of Wuling Hongguang MINI, it still needs to be tested by the market, but its arrival has brought the price of mini cars back to the level that this market segment should be.

However, it is not easy for the galloping pony with price advantage to "run" in the shrinking micro pure electric market. After all, the market of micro pure electric vehicles has low profits, and it is difficult to continue to do it if it does not form a scale.

In 2022, the domestic retail sales of micro pure electric cars will reach 1.094 million units, a year-on-year increase of 21.5%, accounting for 19% of the new energy vehicle market. However, as the market popularity of Hongguang MINI EV gradually fades, and the micro pure electric models are becoming more and more expensive, the entire mini car market has shrunk a lot. By 2023, the number of domestic retail sales of micro pure electric cars will decline by 12.2% to 948,000 units, accounting for 12.2% of the new energy market share and 4.4% of the overall market share.

In 2024, the growth rate of micro pure electric cars will rebound, but the market share is still declining. According to the "In-depth Analysis Report on the National New Energy Market in April 2024" released by the Passenger Association, from January to April, the domestic retail sales of A00 pure electric cars were 267,000, a year-on-year increase of 33.9%, accounting for 10.9% of the new energy market share and 4.2% of the overall market share.

The tire installation also adopts the fully automated way of automatic grasping and visual positioning, which is not only labor-saving and efficient, but also automatically tightened, and the data is automatically uploaded, making the product more reliable and safer.

What's more, the final assembly data of the Pentium Pony is 100% uploaded, so that the quality can be traced: the Pentium Pony uses a tightening machine to tighten the key bolts to ensure torque accuracy. The tightening process of each bolt will be automatically issued, how many times it should be screwed, and the production data will be 100% uploaded to the record, and the data will be monitored in real time, and the problem will be fed back at the first time, and the product quality will be fully traced.

Regardless of the significance of the 2-year original price change, it is also very sincere to talk about the 3-year 9% discount for the new one. You know, even luxury brands can achieve a three-year value retention rate of about 80%, let alone 90%.
