The southeast area of the Xianyou County Linandong Unit is located on the southeast side of the Linandong Sub-unit of Xianyou County. It is bounded by Hot Spring Road in the north, Xianfei Road in the south, Yutian Avenue in the east, and Liu'an Street in the west, with a total planning area of 56.80 hectares.
The Regulatory Detailed Planning of the Southeast Area of the Linandong Unit of Xianyou County was prepared by Zhejiang Shuzhi Spatial Planning and Design Co., Ltd., and in accordance with the requirements of the Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People's Republic of China, the land control regulations are now publicized to solicit public opinions. The planning results are subject to the final approval of the county government.
