Xixian New Area is rich in historical and cultural resources and is one of the important birthplaces of intangible cultural heritage. Recently, Xixian New Area combined the opportunity of International Museum Day and China Tourism Day to let tourists feel the charm of intangible cultural heritage through a concentrated display of Qin dialect, Xi'an drum music, traditional Chinese tea-making skills and related customs. Zheng Jian, a tourist from Fujian, said: "I drank tea in Fucha Town, listened to the Qin dialect, experienced the leisurely life of the locals, and felt full of cultural flavor." ”
In recent years, Xixian New Area has coordinated the advantages of cultural resources in its jurisdiction, played a leading role in cultural construction, vigorously promoted the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and deeply promoted the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage.
"We have actively carried out the survey and investigation of intangible cultural heritage items, the popularization of intangible cultural heritage law, etc., and sorted out and improved the database of intangible cultural heritage items." Yang Binbin, deputy director of the Publicity, Culture and Tourism Bureau of Xixian New Area, said that at present, there are 23 intangible cultural heritage protection projects at or above the county level in the jurisdiction, including 2 national intangible cultural heritage projects, 9 provincial intangible cultural heritage projects, and 12 municipal intangible cultural heritage projects. "We also actively connected with the higher-level departments, and in addition to recommending and assisting Qiuzi drum music and other intangible cultural heritage items to apply for the list of intangible cultural heritage items, we also assisted the Qin and Han war drums, wooden wheel carts, black pottery production skills, Qin guqin skills, gourd making skills, etc., to win support and protection funds."
In terms of promoting intangible cultural heritage and innovating the development of intangible cultural heritage, Xixian New Area adheres to the integration of culture and tourism, and actively promotes the introduction of intangible cultural heritage into scenic spots to promote industrial development. More than 20 projects such as tea, black pottery, Qin and Han war drums, face flowers, paper-cutting, shadow puppetry, guqin and other scenic spots have set up intangible cultural heritage shops in the scenic spots, realizing the employment of more than 200 intangible cultural heritage talents.
Fucha Town was awarded the 2023 "Shaanxi Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Characteristic Block", and planned the "Jinhua Mother-in-law Talking Media" activity, organically integrating Chinese etiquette and Fucha culture, carrying out online and offline publicity and promotion, and the online communication traffic reached more than 80 million. The Intangible Cultural Heritage Grand Theater in the China Tea Museum has performed nearly 800 intangible cultural heritage programs such as Face Changing, Ansai Waist Drum, and Northern Shaanxi Storytelling. Focusing on the advantageous intangible cultural heritage resources, the new area has also built intangible cultural heritage research bases such as Chongwen Pagoda and Shijingli, launched intangible cultural heritage research and tourism routes, and carefully planned a series of activities such as "intangible cultural heritage shopping festival", "intangible cultural heritage food festival" and "intangible cultural heritage exhibition and sales fair".
In addition, in order to do a good job in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, the new district also aims to cultivate intangible cultural heritage talents, and continues to carry out activities such as bringing intangible cultural heritage into the campus and community. Support the Qin and Han War Drums to establish the "Qin and Han War Drums Non-genetic Learning Base" in 15 schools, including Lanchi Primary School, Fengxi Experimental School, and Xingping No.11 Construction School, and organize black pottery inheritors to enter 8 campuses such as Shaanxi Garment Engineering College, Xianyang Vocational and Technical College, and Yulin Mizhi County Vocational and Technical Education Center to carry out skill inheritance, and successively train 1,000 intangible cultural heritage campus inheritors.
