From May 10th to 15th, the county people's congress, the county finance bureau, the county urban management bureau, the county sanitation station and other relevant departments jointly carried out a survey on the transfer of domestic waste.
The research team went deep into the domestic waste transfer stations in various towns and towns, inspected the operation status of the facilities and equipment of the transfer stations on the spot, and learned in detail about the equipment configuration, staffing, sprinkling frequency, operating costs, and key information such as the incineration of the transfer to the Yangshuo County Ecological and Environmental Protection Science and Technology Park, the transfer mileage and the cost. At the same time, the research team also visited a number of administrative villages and communities in the county to understand the collection and transfer methods and costs of domestic waste in various regions to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the survey data.
During the investigation, the research team conducted in-depth exchanges with the person in charge of the transfer station, township cadres, sanitation workers, etc., to understand the problems and difficulties they encountered in their actual work, and put forward practical solutions to these problems. In addition, the research team also visited Lijiang Company, Yulonghe Company and other places to learn in detail about the situation of Lijiang River Scenic Area, Yulong River Scenic Area and Xincheng District in terms of garbage collection, transfer, transportation and costs, which provided an important reference for further improving the garbage transfer system.
Yangshuo County will combine the research results to break the pattern of cities, townships and villages fighting their own battles, and the whole county will play a game of chess to optimize the transfer routes and transfer processes of each township as a whole, so that all administrative villages and communities can collect and transport garbage to each transfer station in accordance with the principle of proximity, so as to reduce transportation costs and improve transfer efficiency. We will continue to increase investment to improve domestic waste collection and transfer facilities and management mechanisms, and at the same time strengthen publicity and education, improve residents' awareness of garbage classification and environmental protection, and promote the reduction and resource utilization of domestic waste.
