"I was born with weakness in my lower limbs and relied on a wheelchair for mobility, but this did not affect my normal work. Recently, I have been submitting my resume online, and the Lianhu District Disability Service Center has also helped me one-on-one, telling me that there is a special job fair today, and I came early in the morning. Disabled people can be supported in employment and entrepreneurship
The employment fair was hosted by the Shaanxi Disabled Persons' Federation and the Xi'an Disabled Persons' Federation, and co-organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Employment Service Center for the Disabled, the Xi'an Labor and Employment Service Center for the Disabled, and the Xi'an Xincheng District Disabled Persons' Federation.

At the job fair, there is also a special area for employment and entrepreneurship policy consulting services for the disabled and a special area for job search guidance and registration services for the disabled, providing job referral services and policy interpretation for the job-seeking disabled. Yao Wei, deputy director of the Xi'an Labor and Employment Service Center for the Disabled, told reporters that there are more than 7,000 disabled people in Xi'an, and more than 13,000 people have achieved proportional employment and self-employment. The Labor and Employment Service Center for Disabled Persons has a series of support programs for the employment of disabled persons, which provide financial support for eligible entrepreneurs and employees of disabled persons and enterprises that arrange employment for disabled persons.
