On April 29, the Hangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau once again issued the "Announcement on the Proposed Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in the 2024 Health Professional and Technical Qualification Examination (Second Batch)", and 2 more candidates were canceled from the examination results, and the punishment was more severe than last time!

In accordance with Article 17 of the Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Violations in the Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (Order No. 31 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), the facts of the examination violations and the proposed handling opinions of the candidates who have been identified as violating discipline and regulations in the 2024 Health Professional and Technical Qualification Examination are hereby announced as follows. If candidates have any objections to the facts of the identified violations of discipline and regulations and the opinions to be handled, they can submit statements and defenses within 5 working days from the date of the announcement. Where a statement or defense is not submitted within the time limit, a formal disposition decision will be made in accordance with laws and regulations.

This announcement shows that candidates plagiarize other people's test answers or assist others to plagiarize test answers, and the results of all subjects will be invalidated, and the violations of discipline and regulations will be recorded in the integrity archive of the professional and technical personnel qualification examination, and the record period is five years!
The candidates who were dealt with in the first batch of announcements were mainly because they brought illegal items (communication tools, electronic devices other than the regulations) into their seats, and they still did not correct them after being reminded, and they were intended to be invalidated for the results of the subject that time!
The candidates of the second batch of announcements are dealt with more severely! Not only is the test results of all subjects invalid, but also need to be recorded in the integrity archive for five years!
According to Article 12 of the Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in the Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the integrity archive of the professional and technical personnel qualification examination shall be established by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the management measures shall be formulated separately.
The examination creditworthiness archive is to be included in the national credit information sharing platform, to provide inquiries to employers and society, and the relevant records are to be used as an important reference for the issuance and registration of professional and technical personnel's professional qualification certificates and the evaluation of professional titles. Examination bodies may, in light of the circumstances, release to the public information on the records of the examination creditworthiness archives, and notify the parties' units.
