Outdoor workers in Changning District ushered in good news! On May 17, the trade union station (love relay station) of the Party and Mass Service Center of Zhenning Road, Jiangsu Road Street was upgraded, and the unveiling ceremony of the "Micro Wish" area was held.
The Party and Mass Service Center of Ningjuli Zhenning Road will be officially put into use in February 2023, with a total construction area of about 5,256 square meters and an elegant environment, which is an open, intensive, shared and pivotal party and mass service space. The reporter saw at the scene that the center is equipped with a fitness station, an organizational living room, a study, a parent-child space and a kitchen, and a roof garden on the third floor, with public seats for citizens to rest.
At 2 o'clock in the afternoon, the Party and Mass Service Center on Zhenning Road was very lively, and many outdoor workers such as sanitation workers, security guards, and couriers came to the scene after hearing the news. With the issuance of the blue trade union post station (love relay station) sign, the trade union post station (love relay station) of the Zhenning Road Party and Mass Service Center was officially upgraded from a district-level trade union post station (love relay station) to a municipal-level trade union post station (love relay station). Subsequently, the red curtain was lifted, marking the official opening of the "Micro Wish" zone at this site.
In order to actively respond to the practical project launched by the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions to help 10,000 employees in difficulty realize their micro-wishes, in 2022, the Changning District Federation of Trade Unions launched a micro-wish activity with the theme of "Lighting up Micro-wishes and Love by 'Ning'", setting up a "micro-wish" area at each station to collect employees' wishes, focusing on five key groups, including workers in new employment forms, workers in difficulty, children of poor families, employees in counterpart assistance areas, and employees in distress due to the epidemic, to implement care and assistance and convey the warmth of the trade union.
In the trade union station (love relay station) of the Party and Mass Service Center on Zhenning Road, the reporter noticed that a "micro-wish" billboard printed with a QR code was placed in a conspicuous position, and employees who met the conditions for assistance could scan the QR code to enter the "micro-wish" collection link. "After the employees fill in the required items, contact information and other information according to the prompts, the union will collect these wishes through the background and help them realize their wishes." The staff of the District Federation of Trade Unions said.
As a warm-hearted measure to care for employees, the District Federation of Trade Unions actively promotes the construction of trade union stations. Since the beginning of this year, the district has added 6 trade union post stations, including Bank of China Yuyuan Road Branch, Agricultural Bank of China Dingxi Road Branch, Ningjuli Yashi Building Party and Mass Service Center, Xinjing Town Xianxia Road Party and Mass Service Center, Hongxu Wuwu Valley, and Jiangsu Road Street Community Canteen, and upgraded 11 municipal trade union post stations, all of which are provided free of charge by units in the district.
In the afternoon of the same day, the District Federation of Trade Unions also awarded a plaque to the new site representative "Bank of China Yuyuan Road Branch Changning District Trade Union Station". Up to now, a total of 81 trade union stations (love relay stations) in the district are open to outdoor workers free of charge.
